Our 12 year old Let’s Go Guidebook helped us find our way to the best local spot for nighttime treats like tortas, tacos and panuchos in Campeche. The whole neighborhood gathers up each night around 9pm and keeps this place on its toes. No table is without it’s share of gigantic copas full of icy, forthy horchata. It was the best one we had in Mexico, made hourly from scratch. The host was kind enough to share the recipe — we’ll be making a batch at home one day! Read more
